What to include in the Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order!

 

Each hoodie is part of a limited drop, so refunds and exchanges are only available in certain cases.

 

Returns 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll make it right.

Because our drops are limited, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns.

Please email us at Justginnylimited@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to get started.

Exchanges

If we have your size in stock, we’ll happily swap it for you.

If it’s sold out, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Once approved and the item is sent back in its original, unworn condition, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping costs aren’t refundable.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
